Ingredients
- - 1 cup of presoaked chickpeas
- - 1.5 cups of fine burghul
- - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- - 1 tbsp dried mint
- - 2 tbsp crushed kaak
- - Salt and white pepper
- - 1 cup of flour
- - Olive oil
Directions
- Step 1
- To prepare the chickpeas, soak them overnight in water and then drain and remove the separated skin.
- Step 2
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together, keeping the flour aside.
- Step 3
- Once the mixture is even, start adding flour and water gradually until the mixture forms a proper dough-like consistency.
- Step 4
- Now take the mixture and spread out evenly onto an oven dish.
- Step 5
- Drizzle with olive oil and place in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until cooked.
